Cancellation and refunds

You are eligible for a refund on cancellation of an appointment, according to the following terms:

Cancellation Amount refundable
1 Cancellation by user more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment Full refund* paid to ResilienceWorks wallet
2 Cancellation by user between 12 and 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment 50% refund* to ResilienceWorks wallet
3 Cancellation by user less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment NO refund
4 Cancellation of appointment by ResilienceWorks Full refund* to ResilienceWorks wallet
5 Delay in eCounselling response beyond the specified time and without prior intimation of delay: Full refund* to ResilienceWorks wallet

* Refund amount is calculated on the actual amount you have paid, after taking into account any discounts or special offers.
Note: Only the aforementioned reasons qualify for a refund.
The refund will be credited to your wallet within 3 working days.
