Be smarter than your smart device.
Tip 1: No-Tech Zones
Pick out tech-free times or tech-free zones for yourself. For instance, between 7-9pm, or while you’re in the bedroom / dining room, you won't use any smart device. It is surprising how much time you’ll have to do the little things that have gone neglected – clearing out that drawer, throwing away those old papers, enjoying a few minutes of silence, or squeezing in some hobby-time.
