A balancing act

With the roles of women changing over the years and more women being educated and having a job, most fathers have stepped up and started being more involved with direct parenting. Fathers these days are capable of changing a diaper,  putting the baby to sleep or helping with homework. The father being directly involved allows mothers the flexibility to progress in their careers.
