Working with a physical trainer

We’ve all had goals for our fitness. Losing weight, building muscle, getting those washboard abs are attractive but also unnerving. It requires effort and commitment. Not just that – there are challenges; those disguised as chocolates, chips, ice creams and the omnipresent laziness. But get you a physical trainer and it seems more doable. A physical trainer would design special workouts, help us hustle, stay consistent and most importantly, teach us how to indulge.

 Similarly, a counsellor lets us choose the goal, and chase it too. We’ve gotten ourselves a personal coach to inspire, cultivate and enhance the change we want. Just in case you’re wondering – counselling has room for indulgence too! It can feel like motivation and comfort in one.
