The emotions involved
Not everyone responds in the same way. Some experience a thrill while others feel a strong sense of guilt. A few feel sad about the choice they made while some even experience anger in their own marriage and use the extramarital relationship as a way to deal with their anger. It’s possible to feel several conflicting emotions.
