We are in an age where technology is taking over our daily life. As education is itself embracing technology, kids are using devices more often and that increases screen time. Just as we teach our children to be safe when they step outside, there is a great need to teach them to be safe when online. The risks and dangers that lurk online are on par with, if not greater than the dangers of the real world. Every child has a right to be safe and their safety is our responsibility. We must take steps and lay down rules that can ensure the safety of our children.
