Notice changes in behaviour

If our lines of communication with our children are open, we will be able to notice the changes in them if any. Pay attention if they suddenly become secretive with regards to using the devices. They can become aloof and cut down on interaction with us, as well as any social interactions. Their moods can change and they can become aggressive if they are having a not so pleasant interaction online. All these changes are warning signs that we must pay attention to, and discuss in a calm and open manner.
