In most cases your employer will assist you with the required paperwork like visa application, tickets, lodging arrangements etc. Ensure that you follow up and take print-outs of everything and keep them in a separate file or folder that you will carry with you. Convert your currency after researching how much you are allowed to carry in hand. Get all this done in advance and do not wait till the last minute.
