Packing smartly and getting prepared

Pack your bags in advance - you are more likely to forget things if you pack last minute. Create a checklist of all the things you plan to take and tick them off as and when you pack them. Remember to do your research and pack smartly. For example, if you are going to a cold country, pack enough warm clothing.

Check the baggage allowance for the airline you are flying on and also the items that are prohibited. Most airlines allow at least 23 kgs per individual but this can vary. Follow guidelines to avoid trouble at the check-in counter.
