In-flight time

All flight stewards are very helpful and will be more than happy to assist you with any questions you might have in-flight. Don't be afraid to ask. Keep yourself hydrated and drink lots of water even if it means more trips to the restroom. If your seatbelt sign is turned off, it helps to get out of your seat and stretch or walk up and down the aisle a few times as it allows for better blood circulation and prevents cramping.You could take a book to read or carry your favourite music but there should be plenty of entertainment available in-flight. Try to get a few hours of sleep when the lights are dimmed.
