Setting foot into a new country is a thrilling experience. Do remember that you are in a new time zone and hence your body will take a while to adjust and overcome jetlag. An easy way to do this is to prevent yourself from sleeping when you feel sleepy, but rather stay awake and hit the bed only when it is bed time in your new country. The same goes for meals as well. Right from the first day try and eat meals at the local time. Also spend time in the sunlight and do some amount of physical exercise, as it helps reset the body clocks.
